The mission of Parkway Baptist Church’s W.E.E. School Ministry is to provide quality church Weekday Early Education for preschoolers and to minister to their families in the name of Jesus Christ.

Dear Parents,

Parkway Baptist WEE School exists for you and your child. We strive to provide the loving care and guidance that your child needs as he or she grows and develops. W.E.E. School is a place where every child is loved and accepted. A place where laughter and play are cherished and learning is fun. We strive to meet the needs of the whole child in all developmental domains: the spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and social. The Bible says in Luke 2:52 “And Jesus increased in wisdom (mental) and stature (physical) and in favor with God (spiritual and emotional) and man (emotional and social).” Everything from choosing the curriculum to the interaction of the staff with the children is Bible based. We use a hands on early education curriculum, titled WEE Learn that is both developmentally and age appropriate. We look forward to ministering to both your child and family.

Hours and Ages
We provide care on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday:
  • Early Arrival (8:15a.m. – 9:00a.m.)
  • Pre-school (9:00a.m. – midday )
  • Extended Day (midday –2:30p.m.)
  • Closed on all CSISD holidays and bad weather days
  • Starts the last Monday of August
  • Ends the Friday one week before the CSISD ends it’s spring semester

  • Learning Centers
  • Infant rest time (available if needed)
  •  Morning Snack (provided)
  • Outdoor play
  • Special classes such as Music, Spanish, Sign language, etc. (ask for details)
  • Lunch (provided by parents) and Rest time for Extended day students
  • Older children will have an opportunity to participate in field trips, special invited guests and special events.

  • Call the office for an appointment and consultation with the director )
  • Complete enrollment packet
  • Pay the Enrollment/Administrative Fee
  • Pay annual Supply Fee or incorporate the fee into monthly tuition
  • Choose days and hours of attendance to determine monthly tuition

    What do I look for in a quality center?
  • Is it a safe, clean, well-maintained facility?
  • Is there ample time and room for children to play and explore?
  • Are immunizations required?
  • Do children who are sick stay home?
  • Are teachers trained in first aid, CPR and early brain development?
  • Is the outdoor play area fenced and monitored?
  • Do children go outside everyday (weather permitting)?
  • Are parents welcome to observe children anytime?
  • Do teachers interact with and supervise children sufficiently?
  • Are teachers specially trained for the children they teach?
  • Are children read to, nurtured individually, and exposed to Bible thoughts throughout each day?
  • Are children exposed to a variety of engaging activities?
  • Is the curriculum adapted for children at their level of developments?
  • Is there a daily schedule and routine?
  • Is there a written learning plan for each age and stage of development?
  • Is there a sign in/out sheet for attendance?
  • For safety are children released to approve adults only?
